Using the site
Use the site for its intended purpose: learning, downloading resources, buying products and getting in touch. Please don't try to break it, scrape it, spam its forms or access areas you haven't paid for.
Templates and digital products
Templates, guides, presets and other downloads are licensed to you for use in your own business and your own client work. You can edit them and send the finished documents to your clients. You can't resell, share, give away or redistribute the files themselves, in whole or in part, or use them to make a competing product.
Free library guides are for viewing and personal use; the editable versions are sold in the Shop.
Workshops (The $300K Sprint)
Buying a workshop reserves your seat in a live, online round. If dates haven't been announced when you buy, we'll email the schedule as soon as it's set. Sessions are recorded, and replays are available to attendees of that round. Workshop materials (workbook and templates) are licensed the same way as other digital products.
The Imposters membership
The Imposters is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically each month on the date you joined until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us; you'll keep access through the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Membership includes access to the members area, the private community and the live calls and replays described on the site at the time you join. We may improve or change what's included; if we make a change you don't like, you can cancel.
The community is a place to be honest about the work. Be kind, don't share other members' work or information outside the community, and don't spam or sell to members without permission. We may remove anyone who doesn't respect that, without a refund.
Unveiled 1:1 coaching
Unveiled is offered in limited seats (4–6 per quarter). You can enroll in the 3-month or 6-month program directly from the Shop, in full or on a payment plan, or apply first and talk it through on a free call. Every enrollment is reviewed, and we'll make sure we're the right fit on your kickoff call. Session details, scheduling and expectations are covered in the coaching agreement you'll receive. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the agreement wins.
Payments and payment plans
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us to charge the remaining installments to your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout. If an installment fails, we'll let you know and give you a chance to update your payment method. Access to coaching sessions may pause until the balance is current.
Refunds
- Digital products: delivered instantly, so sales are final once your files are delivered. If a file is broken, missing or not what was described, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or make it right.
- Workshops: full refund if you ask at least 7 days before the start date. After that, we'll move your seat to a future round instead.
- Memberships: cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. Payments already made aren't refunded.
- Coaching and video production services: follow the terms in your signed agreement.
Results
Our products, workshops, membership and coaching teach methods that have worked for us and our students. Your results depend on your own work, market and circumstances, so we can't promise any specific income or outcome. Examples and testimonials on the site are real, but they aren't a guarantee of your results.
Video production services
Video production work for brands and businesses is covered by a separate proposal and agreement, which sets the scope, schedule, payment terms and usage rights for that project.
Our content
Everything on this site (videos, photos, writing, logos and designs) belongs to Beauty Is Veiled LLC or is used with permission, unless noted otherwise. Please don't copy or republish it without asking. Sharing a link is always welcome.
Limits of liability
The site and our resources are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Beauty Is Veiled LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service involved.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. We may update them from time to time; the version in place when you buy applies to that purchase, and the latest version will always be on this page.
